Wandana Estate is a 195-lot residential development positioned on elevated land overlooking Geelong, Corio Bay and the surrounding region.

A significant engineering feature of the development was the integration of approximately 1.6 million litres of flood mitigation storage and a stormwater treatment system beneath a large area of public open space. The solution enabled essential drainage infrastructure to be incorporated within the broader development while maximising the usability of the land above.

Creo Civil provided civil engineering design and construction administration services across the development, including road and drainage infrastructure, sewer and water servicing, earthworks, stormwater management and associated authority approvals.

The completed project demonstrates the integration of civil infrastructure, stormwater management, and land development outcomes within a challenging elevated site.
